Cancellation of your order can be placed if My Sex Toy Hub is notified immediately before order is marked as shipped. Once order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order! For orders cancelled prior to shipping please allow upto 3-5 business days for your full refund.

Shipping Cost (Delayed Delivery) - No Refunds

If for some reason your shipment is delayed, we are not responsible for the delayed shipment. There is currently shipping delays all over the world due to the Covid pandemic and carrier staffing issues. Once your order has been marked shipped this means it has left our hands and is now the responsibility of the carrier you choose at time of order placement. This includes USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others. We will not refund for shipping cost for delayed deliveries!

Shipping Cost (Returning Package)

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return package back to sender. Once we have received your package we will issue you a refund for your shipping cost. You must email us your receipt to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued once package has been received by us, not before.

Shipment - Marked as Delivered (Stolen Package)

Once shipment has been marked as Delivered but not received. We will wait 3 days after marked as delivered to issue a credit, reshipment, or refund. Sometimes errors in the carries system marks packages as delivered and then customers will receive them 3 days later. For this reason, we must wait 3 days to make sure that you have not received the package before issuing a credit, reshipment, or refund.

Shipment - Lost in Transit (Never Received)

A Package is determined lost in transit if the package has not been marked as delivered after 30 days, no sooner. Once the 30 days have passed and your package has not been marked delivered we will issue you a credit, reshipment, or refund. 

After a refund has been issued

Once we have issued your refund via PayPal, it will be the responsibility of the customer to follow up with PayPal to check the status of when it will hit your Bank Account.  Once we have issued a refund you should receive an email, please check all inboxes including your spam inbox for refund details. Once refund has been issued from us it will be considered out of our hands and not our responsibility. PayPal will be the ones responsible to refund your account. Refunds are typically sent from PayPal and estimated to be paid out within 5-10 Business days after we have issued the refund. If refund has been issued after business hours Monday-Thursday then the refund won't be processed until the next business day. If refund is issued after business hours on Friday then the next business day is on Monday. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.

Again, once we have issued your refund via PayPal, we are not responsible for communication for refund hitting your Bank account. You must contact PayPal yourself or go to their help page. Please do not contact us regarding a refund once we have issued it from our end! If their is a delay in your refund then it is the responsibility of PayPal and/or your bank.

Returns & Exchanges:

We stand behind all our products, and if you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 21 days of receipt for a in-store credit, refund or exchange depending on your location. (See below for more details) Always check for defects immediately upon opening!

In-Store Credits:

If you receive an in-store credit on your purchase or for another reason your in-store credit will expire 30 days after being issued! To ensure you do not loose your in-store credit please use this within 30 days of its issuance.

 Please review the following information to see if your product is eligible for return:

  • Vibrators cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • All defective items may be returned unused, within 14 days of delivery receipt for a in-store credit, exchange, refund or replacement if you reside within the United States.
  • All defective items may be returned unused, within 21 days of delivery receipt for a in-store credit, exchange, refund or replacement if you reside outside the United States.
  • If your item is sealed in a clear wrapping were the item is visible, and the sealed wrapping has been opened. Your item may not be credited, exchanged, refunded, or replaced.
  • All items purchased through in-store credit, exchange, refund, or replacement will not be eligible for another in-store credit, exchange, refund, or replacement.
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
  • Only products bought at mysextoyhub.com can be returned to My Sex Toy Hub. If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased elsewhere, please return it to the place where you bought it.


To return a product to My Sex Toy Hub :

Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. No item can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To get an RMA number, please contact us at admin@mysextoyhub.com.

Please provide your proof of purchase.

Then, repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging. Please include your RMA number in the shipping address. Then, ship your defective product to:

For your security, please return your product with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. My Sex Toy Hub is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product to My Sex Toy Hub. If we determine that the product is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping a new product.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse international returns.

Once we’ve received your product, we’ll undergo testing to determine if it’s defective. Please note, this process can take up to 72 hours from the time the product is received.
