What shows up on my credit card statement?

The name following will appear on your credit card statement.

Do we donate to active duty soldiers and other military personnel?

Yes, but we are limited. So, if you are an active duty member please send us an email stating why you think you should receive a free donation. Email to admin@mysextoyhub.com. Use “Active Duty Donation” in the subject line. Please include your name and a photo to with verification of your active status. We will accept your request if we feel you qualify to participate in our free donation give away.

Note: We do not ship to regions in the Middle East due to laws and regulations.

Do we have a walk-in location?

No, we do not have a walk-in location. We are online only and ship worldwide. If you need help, contact us at admin@mysextoyhub.com.

What age is consider legal to purchase our products?

In most places the legal adult age is 18, other locations may be 21. Please check your local or federal laws in your area to see what the legal adult age is to purchase adult sex products. 

What is the free gift?

When you spend $25 or more worth of products you will receive a free surprise gift on us. The gift is specially picked just for you! Don't worry our specialists will hand pick an item that will be to your liking. It may be something that goes along with your order or an item that we think you will be happy with! After-all, what is better than a surprise?

What is the free raffle?

A free raffle ticket will automatically be added to your shipping cart after you add your first product. Each month we will hold a raffle, the raffle drawing will be the last day of each month. The one winner will be randomly chosen by our system, and the winner will be notified by email. On the 1st of the next month. All raffle tickets from previous month will be expired. The raffle winner will win a $50 gift certificate to our website. The gift certificate is good for 30 days. After the 30 days, the gift certificate will expire. Please use your gift certificate. Why am I not receiving emails?

If your not receiving our emails, please check your spam folder. If our emails are found in your spam folder please mark them as not spam, or as safe. 

Why is your email in my spam folder?

Sometimes, depending on your email service provider or settings, our emails may land in your spam folder. This may be caused by subscribers marking our marketing emails as spam instead of clicking unsubscribe located at the bottom of each email. If our emails are found in your spam folder please mark them as not spam, or as safe. 

How can I stop receiving marketing emails?

Please scroll to the bottom of the email and click on unsubscribe. Please do not mark email as spam. We are not spam. Simply select unsubscribe and you will automatically be removed from our mailing list. You can also select to be removed as a subscriber on your account.


What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any unused sealed item – except for adult movies – for any reason within 30 days. Adult DVDs can only be returned unopened or if they are faulty due to a manufacturer defect. Please contact us here. You can not return items that have been opened and unsealed.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account! Please follow steps below if you do not have a PayPal account:

  1. On the Payment page, select PayPal
  2. Select Complete Order
  3. You will be rerouted to PayPal.
  4. Select Pay with Debit or Credit Card
  5. You can then enter your card and information on the PayPal Guest Checkout page.
  6. Finally select Pay Now
  7. You will be taken back to your order page.


Are the products used?

All products and clothing are new! We do not sell used or unpackaged products or clothing!

Do you ever substitute items?

Occasionally our product may become out of stock or discontinue. In those cases, we will inform you via email, text, or phone. We will then offer you a substitute of a similar item of equal or greater retail value in your order, if that is not an option we will refund your money. All substitutions are covered by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

How do I find a product?

Go to the side menu or top right of website and select “Search”. You will then be able to type in what you are looking for. If you need additional help please contact us via contact form or chat icon on bottom right of your screen.


Do I need to sign for my order?

All orders over $250 automatically require a signature, regardless of delivery method. My Sex Toy Hub LLC might ask for a signature if you are reshipped an item or order. UPS requires signatures for items over $100 and when you reshipped an item or order.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your package/s have been packaged, we will then send you a tracking number along with carrier information via email. Expect your tracking number within 24-48 hours from time of purchase. You can also track your package by clicking here.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours without the company name. Because My Sex Toy Hub LLC is a recognized name, we use "Shipping Department" on the return address label to protect your privacy.

Is there a location we do not ship to?

Yes, we do not ship to most regions in the Middle East due to laws and regulation. We also do not ship to Alabama, USA due to laws and regulations. Please check to see if there are laws that prohibit sexually related products to be shipped or sold in your location prior to checking out.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate your estimated time of delivery. Typically 3-5 days for US orders, or 5-14 days on International orders.

We will select a location based on your location or where stock is available for your order for fastest delivery.
